Gibanica

Suroviny:
8-10 plátkov štrúdľového cesta                                                                                                                                    
400 g mladého syra (môžeme použiť aj tvaroh)                                                                                                            
500 g špenátu                                                                                                                                                                              
6 vajec                                                                                                                                                                                          
1 dcl kyslej smotany                                                                                                                                                            
100 g masla                                                                                                                                                                                  
1 strúčik cesnaku                                                                                                                                                                                   
soľ                                                                                                                                                                                                  
mleté čierne korenie                                                                                                                                                             
1 ČL Podravky

Postup:
1. Žĺtka oddelíme od bielkov, do žĺtkov vmiešame prelisovaný cesnak, soľ, mleté čierne korenie, Podravku a dobre premiešame                                                                                                                                  
2. Postupne primiešame tvaroh, smotanu a nadrobno pokrájaný špenát                                                                                            
3. Z bielkov vyšľaháme tuhý sneh a vmiešame do pripravenej masy                                                                     
4. Dno plechu dobre vymastíme rozpusteným maslom, na spodok uložíme dva plátky cesta, každé z nich dobre potrieme maslom a natrieme prvou vrstvou plnky                                                                                                           
5. Plnku a plátky lístkového cesta vrstvíme, ukončíme opäť dvomi plátkami cesta a povrch dobre potrieme maslom                                                                                                                                                                      
6. Gibanicu pokrájame na kocky a pečieme v rúre pri teplote 220 stupňov 15 minút                                                                     
7. Po 15-tich minútach teplotu stiahneme na 150 stupňov a dopekáme ešte 30 minút                                                           
8. Pred servírovaním necháme upečenú gibanicu odstáť cca 10 minút v otvorenej rúre, aby zostala krásne nadýchaná
